"I want to congratulate Tropic Wings on the astounding level of honesty and professionalism exhibited by two of your driver guides I met last week...
Firstly, the driver guide I had to Undara, Terry, exhibited the broadest, fluent, knowledge-base I think I have ever encountered anywhere in this country and elsewhere. Although broadly educated myself, Terry stunned me with his amazing grasp of biology, zoology, geology and local history long before we had so much as passed Gordonvale! I might add, his fluent commentary and knowledge didn't diminish from that point. Remarkably, all these areas of his commentary continued with gusto; and from that point on he also appeared to speak as a proficient primary-producer, meteorologist, military-historian and rural-scientist/economist. Long before arriving at Undara Lodge I was one of many who were congratulating Terry on both his commentary skills and observational skills.
Everything I have said about Terry is equally applicable to Barry, my driver guide for the return the following day... I hope Tropic Wings continues this astounding level of professionalism.
Please pass on my personal admiration and gratitude to both Terry and Barry. In several of my areas of expertise, neither exhibited the slighest informational shortcomings. Even more remarkably, both men were able to convey all their desired commentary in the most basic fashion so that all your customers were equally well informed."

"I have just got home and would like to thank you and your staff for nearly a week of safe and comfortable travelling... I have been driven by many Coach, bus, taxi drivers and none have matched the driving by Sonya.
During the tight mountain corners the rear of bus never kicked out corners or braked suddenly because of excessive speed taking the bend; although I could see out the window a drop of many metres I was at ease with the control of bus.
My daughter-in-law is the only female I lend my car to without reservations and the above driver could also borrow it as well. I hope to be fit enough to return later in the New Year when the temperature is a bit milder than it is this time of the year. Again.... thank you!"
